1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing our web and app development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Offered

We specialize strictly in SaaS and PaaS solutions, specifically Website Development, Web Application Development, and Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Cross-Platform). We do not offer cybersecurity auditing or penetration testing services.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in INR (₹). Payments must be processed through our authorized payment gateways. For custom quotes, a 50% upfront deposit is typically required before development begins, subject to the specific contract agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client retains full ownership of the final deployed code and digital assets for the custom web/app projects, unless otherwise stated in a licensing agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our developed software solutions after hand-off.
